The Unloop Framework unfolds over three stages.
We work together across three sessions. Each one builds on the last, and you'll always leave with something to take with you. Sometimes people find that's exactly what they need. Sometimes the journey opens something that wants to go further — and if that happens, we'll know together.
1 - Free Your Voice
What's going on right now?
This is where we begin.
Together, we slow things down and explore what's happening in your world right now. The thoughts, emotions, behaviours and patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Through conversation, reflection and practical tools drawn from coaching, neuroscience, nervous system awareness and therapeutic approaches, we begin creating space around the loop so you can hear yourself more clearly again.

2 - Know Your Nature
What's underneath?
Once we understand what's happening on the surface, we begin exploring what may be sitting beneath it.
Much of how we think, feel and respond happens outside of our conscious awareness. This is where RTT can help us gently explore the beliefs, emotional associations and protective patterns that may be quietly shaping your experience.
You'll also receive a personalised transformational recording to listen to for 21 days, helping reinforce new beliefs and support the unlooping process between sessions.
We also consider the wider influences in your life — family, relationships, work and life experiences — and how they may be shaping the way you think, feel and respond.

3 - Live Your Happy
What does forward actually look like?
As things begin to untangle, we focus on moving forward.
Using the science of neuroplasticity, repetition and habit formation, we begin turning insight into action. Together, we explore what living your happy looks like for you and build practical ways of thinking, behaving and responding that support the life you want to live — so that you can truly live it.

What is RTT?
RTT is one of the tools we may use within the Unloop Framework.
Developed by Marisa Peer, RTT is an award-winning, globally recognised therapeutic approach that combines elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuroscience and subconscious exploration.
Working in a deeply relaxed state, RTT can help bring underlying beliefs, emotional associations and protective patterns into awareness so they can be understood, explored and reshaped.
In Unloop, RTT is used gently and collaboratively as part of a wider journey of discovery and remembering.
