I'm an RTT therapist, executive coach, writer, mum of two, and a former corporate senior leader who's spent the past three decades fascinated by one question:
Why do we get stuck in our thinking—and how do we move forward?
Over the years, I've explored this through psychology, neuroscience, coaching, nervous system work, human behaviour, relationships, writing, lived experience, and thousands of conversations with people trying to make sense of themselves and their lives.
Unloop grew out of all of that.
Not as a place to fix people, but as a space to slow down, hear yourself more clearly, and reconnect with what you already know underneath the noise.
